Human Resource Manager

This position will be responsible for the employee staffing, relations, and training for the facility. As well as being knowledgeable of compensation programs, benefits, policies, procedures, and legal compliance in accordance with the business operation. In this position you will receive as a $60-$80K base salary with a full benefits including health, dental, life, flex spending plan, LTD, STD, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more. You get to play an integral role within the business operation while getting to work with other top-quality employees. The ideal candidate should posses a Bachelor's degree with 5 + more years or experience or combination of education and experience. Applicant should have proficient computer skills, with previous experience in managing or manufacturing, and PHR certification is preferred.
