This candidate has more than 10 years of experience in lending as well as management and credit experience. He currently manages a $20 million commercial loan portfolio. I am currently working with a young engineer seeking to find an organization where he can grow and put his skills to good work. He has experience as a manufacturing and an industrial engineer. Additionally, he worked his way through college in fabrication and assembly. This candidate has experience in program control systems, automated equipment, PLCs, can operate a number of CNC and manual fabrication and assembly machines, and is a certified welder.
