Our client has multiple facilities and continues to help their customers meet their goals. They have built a firm foundation on success and maintaining top-notch customer relationships. Located in the St. Cloud, MN area, they are currently seeking to add a Sales Agronomist to their team.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- You will enjoy a great work environment accompanied by an excellent staff.
- This company pays a base salary of $45,000 + depending on experience.
- In addition to the base salary, you will also receive substantial bonuses and commissions from $5,000 - $15,000 annually.
- As well as a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, retirement, and an excellent farm plan.
- Additionally, you will receive a company vehicle and company cell phone.
- Company offers many advancement opportunities.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will meet with current and new customers to meet and increase the profitability goals of the company.
- Be responsible for the management of your territory.
- Offer exceptional customer service by reporting and making recommendations to customers/growers.
- Be accountable for the budgeting and sales forecasting for your region according to the procedures of the facility.
- You will bring a positive attitude to the crew as an essential part of the sales team.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelors Degree in Ag related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the agriculture industry, sales a plus.
