THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
·Oversee the Corporate Compliance Program
·Ensure that the Board of Directors, Management and employees are in compliance; while making certain company policies and procedures are being followed.
·Provide guidance to Board and Senior Management on matters related to compliance.
·Implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program.
·Provide management with a summary and detailed report, as requested on the current status of the loan portfolio with regards to delinquency, asset performance, and trends related to loan portfolio.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate must possess:
· Bachelors Degree
· 5 + yrs experience in a banking and compliance environment.
· Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and bank audit.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work across bank departments to achieve common goals.
· Previous Leadership experience is preferred.
