Insurance Agency Manager - Commercial Lines, Property and Casualty, Farm, Retail, Work Comp, GL, Auto

If you are a Commercial Lines Producer, please read on! Our client recently purchased an established agency in central South Dakota. They are looking to add a commercial line’s Agency Manager to their team. This is an opportunity to walk into an established book of business, manage a team and grow an agency. Compensation package includes a very competitive base salary, 50% commission on new business, and other attractive incentives.
What you need for this position:
- P&C License
- Insurance Sales Experience of 5+years
- Proven Track Record
- Leadership qualities
What you will be doing:
- Selling commercial products
- Running and managing the agency
- Growing current business
- Maintaining the book of business
