THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Lead continuous improvement projects from design to completion.
Work with various departments, act in a leadership position with the ability to self-manage.
Ensure processes are cost efficient while products continue to meet quality standards.
Manager OEM and distribution packaging.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
2+ years experience in industrial packaging.
Degree in related field.
Provide excellent leadership skills.
Knowledge and understanding of materials.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Experience in Solidworks or AutoCad.
