Administrative Assistant

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Provide support to the President.
  • Maintain electronic database & tracking systems.
  • Handle office mail, organization & maintenance of company files.
  • Manage calendars of staff.
  • Facilitate travel & prepare expense reports.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.

  • 5+ years experience in administrative professional support.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office.
