Married to my beautiful wife Jen and have three wonderful kids and I live in Springfield, SD right next to the Missouri River. I served four years in the South Dakota Air National Guard.

Life Outside of ERC, Inc.

Most of my free time is spent with family and friends or whatever kind of project I have going on. Springfield has one of the best 9 hole golf courses in the state and I am usually out swinging away.

What intrigued you about the Staffing Profession?

My goal is to assist clients in developing a team of hardworking, committed employees. The professional experience I have provides me with a deeper understanding of the skills necessary to succeed and the candidates required to achieve that level of success. Fostering relationships between clients and candidates that promote personal and professional growth is both rewarding and gratifying.
