Colby Fitzgerald

About Me:

I grew up on a small farm outside of Dell Rapids, SD. I spent most of my childhood active in athletics and youth activities such as 4-H. After high school, I played basketball at Dakota Wesleyan University, where I received my degree in Business Administration. My family still resides in the Dell Rapids area where we continue to farm and stay active in the community.

What intrigued you about ERC, Inc.:

ERC gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. This career allows me to help people on a daily basis. I love the satisfaction of knowing that I can assist individuals in finding their “dream job.” The ERC family is truly passionate about helping others.

Life Outside of ERC

In my free time you can find me helping my dad and brother on our farm. I also enjoy golfing, playing basketball, and coaching youth sports.
