THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and accrued expenses.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and regular management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and perform variance analysis to identify and address discrepancies.
• Track project costs, ensuring proper capitalization or expensing in line with accounting standards.
• Support year-end close by preparing documentation for tax preparers and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ Years of Accounting Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
