THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Work side-by-side with the company’s Controller.
• Supports daily financial operations by maintaining accurate records and organized transaction data.
• Performs account reconciliations and resolves discrepancies across financial records.
• Assists with processing outgoing and incoming transactions, ensuring proper documentation and coding.
• Collaborates with internal teams to address questions related to financial entries and processes.
• Contributes to monthly and annual close activities, including preparing entries and maintaining account accuracy.
• Provides support for compliance-related tasks, including required filings and documentation.
• Helps monitor and uphold internal controls to protect organizational assets.
• Partners with leadership to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and support overall service quality.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 5+ Years Experience
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business management – preferred.
• Must have: organizational, communication, problem-solving, time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/business software.
