THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Underwrite and service a wide variety of ag loans for profitability yet reducing risk.
- Develop new loan business.
- Interview loan applicants, gather necessary data for loan evaluation.
- Stay up to date on trends, regulations, issues etc.
- Be a key player in the future decisions and operations for loan function of the bank.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ Years of Ag Lending/Credit Experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
