Located in the Northeastern South Dakota area this Ag retailer is committed to their customers to deliver quality products and services.

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

• Casual and friendly work environment.
• $50,000 - $70,000 +
• Bonuses based on Commissions
• Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
• 401k – Roth and Traditional
• 401k Match – dollar for dollar up to 6%
• PTO (1 year – 80 hours; 2 years – 120 Hours, 3 Years -140 Hours, 10 + Years 160 Hours) Unused PTO up to 80 hours – carried into the next year.
• Paid Holidays

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Establish sales goals as well as increase sales of agronomy products.
• Develop and promote a marketing plan.
• Make recommendations and applications of products.
• Maintain current market share.
• Maintain current customer base, by offering top-notch sales and customer service.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ag related Degree.
• Sales Abilities or previous Sales Experience.
• Ability to form long-lasting business relationships with area farmers.
