WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

• $75,000 - $90,000+ DOE
• PTO: including vacation, sick leave.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Interact with customers during all phases of the project.
• Work directly with contractors, engineers and other consultants.
• Work with company design and construction teams.
• Manage change orders, RFP’s, RFI’s, addendums and notifications.
• Lead projects, pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, working with concerns of customers and resolving issues with customers and others.
• Manage all aspects of projects from design through completion.

• 3-5+ Years Architect Experience.
• Masers in Architecture.
• Licensure is preferred.
