THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee and work to improve the internal processes of the bank.
- Develop and implement project management and lean strategy.
- Lead a team of stakeholders.
- Develop new business strategies along with team members to accomplish those strategies.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 2+ Years of Project Management/Lean Experience.
- PMP Certification – preferred.
