COMPANY PROFILE:

Our client is a family-owned business, located in Eastern South Dakota working in both the agriculture and construction industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to step into a Controller role.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Produce financial reports for management.
• Ensure bank reconciliations are complete.
• Maintain controls system over accounting transactions.
• Develop & enforce internal controls to protect company assets, procedures, and workflow.
• Support accounting team.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• 5+ years of Experience.
• Previous Accounting or Accounting Manager/Supervisor Experience.
• Excellent computer, communication, and leadership skills.
