THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee and direct all financial and accounting activities, ensuring the company’s financial health and alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3+ Years of Management Experience
• Construction and/or property management experience – a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills
