• $70,000 - $90,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Develop and enhance the customer experience across the organization.
• Oversee a team of managers, to assist in improving efficiency and quality of service.
• Provide leadership for a team of customer service professionals.
• Work side-by-side with multiple teams to improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators).
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Handle escalated customer service issues.
