Our client is a leader in ag-related genetics technology. They have built a successful and knowledgeable team of 30 employees within a great work hard, play hard work environment.  This company is set up for future growth and success.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Report to CEO.
• Develop, implement and monitor the plant operations for the facility.
• Ensure operations are completed in a timely and efficient manner by working with management.
• Budgeting and planning.
• Continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing facility.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including production and employee management.
