Our client is one of the busiest and most accommodating operations in the Sioux Falls area. They offer a fine dining experience that is second to none. They are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to focus on that portion of their operation.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Responsible for the operations of the fine dining facility located within the facility.
- Responsible for food and drink menu development.
- Ensure quality standards are met in relation to a steakhouse type operation.
- Developing and modeling the expected service expectations of the wait staff, bus staff, bartenders and kitchen staff.
- Enforcement of all associated and applicable health and safety regulations and expectations.
- Hiring, training, and coaching of all staff.
- Ensuring staffing requirement are being met in all aspects of the operation.
- Bachelor’s in Business Management or Hospitality type discipline – preferred.
- 5+ years Experience in Fine Dining, Beverage, and or wine environment.
- 5+ Years of Supervisory or Management Experience.
- Proven Experience in the areas of: Employee Development, Coaching, Corrective Action and Training.
