WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS:
- $120,000 - $140,000 +
- Up to 40% bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Facility of 30 employees.
- As a dedicated leader of the company you will work with and oversee a sales team, operations and support staff, to motivate and help grow the Sioux Falls location facility.
- Communicate to the team the goals of the business and results achieved.
- Provide sales quotes.
- Build professional relationships.
- Oversee production, shipping, inventory, cost estimates, and pricing.

The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in packaging supplies.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role.
