Our client is a very progressive Design/Build/Construction Management with multiple offices located in Eastern South Dakota. They have been in the construction business for over 70 years and have an established niche market. With the growth they are experiencing they are seeking a Head Architect to oversee their Design/Architecture Department.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Manage and oversee a very creative architecture/design department.
• Provide leadership to a vibrant and growing department.
• Further develop individual staff and department.
• Project management of designs created for building projects in the $4-$25 million range. This includes interior designs as well.
• Creative design capabilities which will allow you to lead design collaboration sessions.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 8+ Years Experience working as a licenses Architect designing commercial/industrial type projects.
• History of working on projects in excess of $6M.
• Communication and presentation skills that create an interactive and creative environment for the architectural team and for clients.
• Master level experience with REVIT.
• Strong understanding of building codes.
• Experience with specification type software.
