Human Resources Manager

They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be responsible for all aspects of HR functions within a plant of 100 employees.
WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
$65,000 - + DOE
Competitive employee package that includes vacation, holidays, and health insurance.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources.
Involved with plant safety compliance, policy enforcement, training and program development.
Responsible for Worker’s Compensation investigations and reports.
Recruitment of staff, training of new employees, onboarding of new employees.
Organization development and planning.
Develop, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or applicable discipline.
8+ years of experience working as an HR Generalist.
3+ years of HR Management experience preferred.
Candidates will only be considered if they have working experience with a Union Environment.
Good communication and people skills.
High energy level and good organizational skills.
