THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Oversee and implement HR programs, policies, and practices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including headcount planning, new hire orientation, and E-Verify entry.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and training programs in coordination with operational leaders.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 3-5 Years of Human Resources Experience
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
