THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Report to HR Director.
- Utilize recruiting strategies to assist in filling open positions in a variety of opportunities.
- Source, identify, and qualify candidates for positions.
- Develop recruiting strategies based on company needs.
- Develop market specific recruiting strategies for social media, job boards, employee referrals, national searches, and industry networking.
- Evaluate applicants.
- Support new hire programs/on-boarding initiatives.
- Use strong communication skills to work with all levels of staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Management, Communications, Marketing or related field – preferred.
- 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience
- Experience working in the Manufacturing industry.
- PHR or SHRM Certification – Preferred.
