WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $26 - $30 / Hour+ 12% Shift Differential
- OT Available
- Shift: 3:30PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Set up, troubleshoot, maintain and operate CNC machines.
- Sequence machines and define set up, operation speeds, tool selections and program the necessary feed speeds.
- Identify manufacturing issues, correct them through process improvement or machine adjustments to maximize operational efficiencies and product quality parts.
- Provides technical guidance to the lesser experienced staff regarding machine tools.
- Ability to set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, machine metallic and non-metallic work pieces.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- AAS in Machine Tool or related field – preferred.
- 5+ Years Experience in Metal Fabrication/Forming Processes
- Ability to program, set up, operate and maintain CNC Machines.
- Ability to read blueprints & shop drawings.
- Experience with SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD, and Master Cam.
