THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• 15 Direct Reports
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for equipment, parts, and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop a high-performing team of sales, service, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local campaigns and promotions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, agriculture equipment or manufacturing.
• Management or Supervisory experience.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
