WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

• $75,000 - $100,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to Engineering Manager.

• Independently execute engineering assignments with general management direction.
• Develop and evaluate innovative designs using advanced engineering methods.
• Conduct studies and analyses focused on performance, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Apply sound judgment to adapt standard engineering techniques and solve complex problems.
• Perform finite element analysis and support prototype testing and validation.
• Lead projects through a gated development process, managing schedules and reporting progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation using lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensure design safety, including FMEA and required safety documentation.
• Supervise project team members and promote effective communication and collaboration.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – required.
• 3+ Years Experience
• 2D & 3D Computer Aided Drafting Software Experience.
• PE Certification – Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to travel internationally.
