THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead a multi-channel paid media strategy that balances performance, experimentation, and long-term growth across search, social, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
- Translate business goals into scalable acquisition programs by planning, launching, and continuously refining campaigns to improve efficiency, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Apply data-driven decision making to uncover insights, optimize funnel performance, and prioritize high-impact opportunities across targeting, creative, and user experience.
- Build and execute structured testing frameworks that challenge assumptions and drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and return on investment.
- Partner cross-functionally to align campaigns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and broader go-to-market strategies.
- Own performance visibility by developing clear reporting, attribution models, and actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and future growth initiatives.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Related Field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ Years Experience in marketing.
- Experience in Paid Media, Google and Meta Ads etc.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills.
