• $55,000 -$65,000 +

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Lead and manage branch staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary action.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals and budgets.
• Drive branch growth through marketing, community involvement, new business development, and meeting sales goals.
• Maintain proficiency in account opening, consumer lending, and customer service to support deposit, loan, and account services.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, audit procedures, system usage, and overall branch security and daily operations.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Relative Work Experience.
• 4+ Years of Experience in Retail.
• Management or Supervisory Experience – Preferred.
