THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Work with 4 person executive team, 10 Direct Reports.
• Responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure the overall success and growth of the company.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business.
• Work closely with the executive team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Proven track record of leadership and financial acumen.
