• $100,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage and execute the period-end close process.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets and forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage accounting/finance team members; oversee daily workflows and performance.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field.
• 5+ Years of Progressive Accounting or Finance Experience.
• CPA Strongly Preferred
• Prior Management Experience – Preferred.
