THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Oversee the Credit Analyst team and daily operations.
• Analyze a range of loan types and borrower requests by reviewing financial data.
• Lead the team in assessing credit risk and manages their performance and growth.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Experience in Commercial, Ag and Consumer Credit.
• Willingness to work on large more complicated loans.
• Management Experience Strongly-preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills.
