THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- 2 Direct Report
- Reports to the Director of HR
- Lead site safety, health, and environmental programs, driving initiatives that promote compliance, risk reduction, and a strong culture of workplace safety.
- Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
- Manage incident investigations, corrective action plans, and return-to-work processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop and deliver employee training programs focused on safety, environmental awareness, and regulatory requirements to strengthen workforce knowledge and accountability.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and performance assessments, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance compliance and reduce risk.
- Analyze and communicate key safety and environmental metrics, providing leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and performance goals.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ Years Experience in EHS programs.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
