IT Services Management Lead

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee a team of 4 and daily activities regarding operations and engineering functions.
- Provide technical support to them and to ensure that customers are provided with top-notch services.
- Act as a liaison between team and stakeholder groups.
- Develop and implement network and systems to meet company and customer goals.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ Years Experience, or combination of both.
- Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Office, L3-L7 of the OSI Model, Next Gen Firewalls, Cisco Routers and Switches, APs, Routing Protocols.
- Make recommendations to improve performance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
