• $75,000 -100K (DOE).

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Manage the plumbing service department, coordinating work and jobs, providing quality customer service, supervise 10 to 12 plumbing techs, and assist with invoicing projects.
• Provide ongoing training, performance evaluation, corrective actions, employee development, and coaching for a team of techs and service support staff.
• Provide good customer service focusing on customer satisfaction by taking care of customer inquiries, work requests, concerns and problems that may arise.
• Coordinates with other office personnel to optimize manpower, schedules and work flow.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• AAS or a combination of education and experience that is specific to the plumbing trade.
• Active Journeyman or Master Plumber’s license.
• 5 or more years of supervisory experience in a plumbing setting preferred.
• 5 years of industry costs and ability to assist with invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
