COMPANY PROFILE:

A large manufacturing company with multiple facilities is seeking a Production Manager to add to their growing team in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Work for a well-respected company, with great co-workers, and within state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

• $100,000 - $120,000
• 10% Bonus Incentive
• Percentage of Annual Salary invested into 401k, 4% Match to the first 6%.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations, resources, and personnel to meet production goals.
• Drive accountability, efficiency, and cost control while ensuring product quality.
• Plan, implement, and improve processes, projects, and manufacturing strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen skills and culture.
• Resolve production challenges and foster growth opportunities within the facility.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or Manufacturing/Operations Management.
• Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Solid Problem-Solving Skills.
