WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- $120,000 - $160,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee preparation, review, and filing of federal and state tax forms while ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulations.
- Provide clients with tax consulting, compliance support, and guidance on entity creation and structuring.
- Serve as the primary resource for internal and external tax-related inquiries, collaborating with legal and finance teams as needed.
- Develop workflows and controls for tax operations, including e-filing protocols, and lead staffing as the division expands.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 4+ Years of Tax (Public Accounting) Experience
- CPA or Enrolled Agent
- Management Experience – Preferred.
