They are seeking to add a Senior Engineer to their team.

- $75,000 - $105,000
- 6% - 9% Bonus Potential

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Report to the Engineering Manager.
- Develop preliminary designs using 3D CAD software, create engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, CNC files), and process engineering change orders.
- Manage multiple mid-level complexity product lines, adhere to project schedules, and make independent engineering decisions with regular manager input.
- Support product testing (load, strain gauge, field), apply results to design validation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Communicate technical information across departments and with customers; use engineering data management tools.
- Recommend design and process improvements, contribute to cost/safety/quality goals, and mentor junior engineers.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years related experience.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.
