COMPANY PROFILE
Reputable local construction company with over 30 years of experience (Heavy Equipment, semis, etc) seeking service manager to ensure productivity, oversee inventory and purchasing, as well as improve safety, communication, organization, and the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
• $85,000 - $110,000+
• Annual Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Report to the company partners
• Maintain inventory and purchasing
• Supervise two mechanics and daily operations revolving around vehicle/equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ensure safety compliance, train employees in safe practices, initiate and document routine inspections, and maintain equipment in line with O.S.H.A. standards.
• Collaborate with mechanics, truckers, and heavy equipment operators to ensure resourcefulness and improve shop efficiency.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 2+ years Shop Management Experience.
• Mechanic Experience
• Management or Supervisory Experience.
