- $60,000 - $85,000 +.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee 3 Supervisors, 75 total team members in the call center.
- Drive business results by creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and quality.
- Develop team members in all aspects to ensure excellent customer experiences are being provided.
- Plan strategic level goals for the team and creating the steps to executing those goals.
- May involve working a set or rotating schedule, with some on call work.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in a call center (4+ years preferred).
- Supervisory or Management Experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and training skills.
