WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

  • $60,000 - $85,000 +.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Oversee 3 Supervisors, 75 total team members in the call center.
  • Drive business results by creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and quality.
  • Develop team members in all aspects to ensure excellent customer experiences are being provided.
  • Plan strategic level goals for the team and creating the steps to executing those goals.
  • May involve working a set or rotating schedule, with some on call work.


BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in a call center (4+ years preferred).
  • Supervisory or Management Experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and training skills.
