WHAT THE POSITIONS WILL OFFER YOU:
• $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus of $5,000 - $15,000 (Bonus last year was $23k)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• 2 Direct Reports (CADD Tech and Interior Design)
• 15 current projects in progress right now.
• Manage and lead the architecture department.
• Expand architectural services for the company.
• Utilize your background and experience to enhance processes.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Licensed Architect.
• 5+ Years experience in commercial projects.
• Experience with Revit Software.
• Excellent communication skills.
