THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Manage 2 full-service locations.
• Manage 2 seed sale locations.
• Oversee 10 sales and 10 operations team members.
• Set pricing for chemical and fertilizer products.
• Purchase equipment as needed.
• Develop the annual financial plan and make recommendations.
• Customer service concerns.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Previous Agronomy Experience.
• Supervisory or Management Experience
