THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead and develop a national sales team across direct and dealer channels to drive profitable growth.
- Strengthen key accounts and expand strategic targets in construction and commercial B2B markets.
- Oversee pricing, contracts, and dealer agreements to protect margin and enterprise value.
- Build a disciplined, performance-driven sales culture aligned with executive objectives.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 15+ years B2B sales experience; 10+ in industrial/manufacturing; 3+ leading teams.
- Success in direct and dealer/distribution sales models.
- Strong pricing, contract negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to build accountable, high-performing sales teams.
