THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial and strategic plans.
- Build and analyze financial models to assess performance drivers, growth opportunities, and profitability.
- Deliver detailed variance and trend analysis with clear insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare business cases and financial justifications for investments, strategic initiatives, and cost-saving measures.
- Implement and leverage business intelligence tools to enhance reporting and decision-making visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and operational efficiency.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA/CMA- preferred.
- 5-10 Years Accounting or Finance Experience. GAAP reporting and multi-entity operations.
- Proven ability to develop financial standards, manage processes, and lead teams with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, data analytics, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strategic thinker with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and presenting insights to senior leadership.
