They are seeking to add a Senior Engineer to their team.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead and execute complex engineering projects across multiple product lines, making independent technical decisions and guiding project direction.
- Develop complete design packages using 3D modeling tools, including drawings, component lists, manufacturing files, and change-order documentation.
- Evaluate and refine designs through calculations, simulation methods (including advanced structural analysis), and interpretation of testing data to confirm performance and compliance.
- Ensure designs align with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve engineering processes and product quality by maintaining data management systems, identifying enhancements, and contributing to cost-effective, high-reliability solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to new product initiatives, sharing expertise and supporting team growth.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ Years Experience.
