THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Supervise, motivate, and train HVAC techs and customer service personnel.
- Monitor quality from the initial phone call to finished product or service performed.
- Work with employees and customers to ensure reasonable solutions are developed.
- Internal protocols, policies, procedures, and systems are being followed.
- Manage and maintain adequate, but not excessive inventory levels.
- Parts ordering for repair jobs.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- AAS with 5+ Years Experience -preferred.
- Project Management and Supervisory Experience.
- Self-motivated professional.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Team Player
- Good Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
