THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Responsible for HR duties, health and safety, and admin functions.
• Manage training and development programs.
• Oversee employee compensation, benefits, reward and recognition programs.
• Regulatory compliance.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ Years Experience in a Human Resources role.
• Experience developing HR processes and procedures for recruitment, training, health & safety – preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
