THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Perform all tasks safely, adhering to safety protocols and conduct standards; promptly address safety concerns and emergencies.
• Safely operate tools and machinery, and inspect materials or equipment to identify and resolve defects or issues.
• Provide daily direction to teams, participate in training apprentices, and maintain a positive work environment to boost team morale.
• Independently complete assigned duties with high-quality standards, ensure accurate documentation, and attend required project meetings.
• Analyze information for effective problem-solving, adapt to extra workdays when needed, and execute duties as directed by management.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Experience as an HVAC Journeyman – preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
